How Does This Service Work?

• 1. Fill out the Travel History Screening Form.
• 2. Click the scheduling link to make an appointment with our travel health specialty pharmacist. If there are no appointment times available, or none that fit your schedule, please call us at 707-422-0500.
• 3. Upload the Travel History Screening Form when prompted during scheduling.
• 4. Pre-travel screening and education fee: $45 per traveler.

Save a Life with Naloxone: The Reversal Agent for Opioids

Your Gateway Pharmacist can dispense naloxone to you with no prescription required. Naloxone, also known as Narcan, is a safe and effective medication to reverse the overdose of opioids. If you or a loved one has been prescribed an opioid, or if you know someone at risk, you should have naloxone. Remember, an overdose can occur even with proper use.
